The Mable Street project fits within the firm’s broader strategy in south Miami-Dade, alongside the 247-unit complex at 24735 South Dixie Highway in Princeton and the 54-unit townhouse project at 27800 Old Dixie Highway in Homestead. Together these projects reflect Canero’s focus on attainable and workforce-oriented housing in areas with strong fundamentals and future infrastructure investment.
