The 8-apartment building is situated in Miami's growing Little River District. Originally constructed in 1970, the concrete structure has recently undergone a 30-month modernization process, including the installation of new plumbing and drainage systems, electrical wiring, central AC, kitchens, bathrooms, impact windows, steel entry doors, and a laundry room. Security measures have been enhanced with the installation of cameras and LED lighting on each side of the property.
